Centurion Classic for the pedants, but basically a four door Bronco.

I will own one of those. Even if I have to make it myself.

With the current import process, building it is probably easier and cheaper.

I keep forgetting that some Oppos aren’t in the States! Sorry.

If it’s worth anything, used and rusty ones still command big money here.

Nope, they sold them in the states as well. The rustmonster was not kind to them though.

I’ve seen one. Once. At the time, I thought it looked pretty good for someone’s custom F-250/Bronco mashup - turns out, as pointed out, it’s a conversion done by Centurion. Learn something new every day.

Still, interesting truck.

Isn’t it less of a 4 door bronco and more an old Excursion?

If we’re basing it solely on the nameplate. But it shares much more with the Bronco of the same period than the Excursion that came after.

Nope. Definitely 4 door Bronco. Top comes off too!

They did C350's too. Came with either the 7.3 diesel (rare) or the 460 gas big block. Full 1-ton drivetrain. I had a C350 with the 460.

I heard (no research to support the following statement) that they were either stretched broncos or bronco-fied F250/F350s

Just did a bit of looking, also a nice truck. Looks like the concept was inspired, in part, by the Chevy Suburban, since Ford didn’t have a Suburban equivalent on the market at the time.

I love these things, and I really want one.

You are correct. It’s the Bronco “bed” mates to an F-250 cab rather than an F-150 style in the bronco. On a shortened F-series chassis.
